Hey there!
What does the server logs say in regards to the 500 error? That will help get to the bottom of this. If you don’t have access to those logs, your host likely will.
my server logs don’t say anything, i can’t get into my website at all. and in my cpanel my server logs are empty

Hi all,
I cannot replicate the problem. Check the status report to see if the active theme has template overrides, updating them will be a good starting place.
We support WooCommerce to make sure it is working as expected.
As a starting point and to ensure that’s the case, we’ll recommend you to try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the problem.
Here is a link that better outlines that process:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4
If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. You can then contact the developer of that plugin or theme.
Hi @egointllc and @vhsreptile. We haven’t heard back from you in a while so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you still need help with this issue or have any other questions about the WooCommerce plugin, please start a new thread.
