    Hi there,

your plugin comes with a pageview-limit, right? Two questions regarding this:

    1) Do you count page views even if the plugin is not connected to the webapp?
    2) Do you generally count a user’s pageviews, even if they have consented and the banner disappears?

    Thanks

    Hi @auditt,

    Greetings from CookieYes!

We will follow pageview-based pricing from January 01, 2023, onwards.

    1. The page view pricing will be effective only when connected the plugin with the web app.

    2. A pageview is when a visitor views a page on a website. Each time a webpage connected with the CookieYes web app, through the plugin, is loaded or reloaded on your website, we count it as a pageview. As a result, even though the user gave their approval on the banner, the plugin will still count it as a page view the next time the site loads.
