Page short code making

Hi i just trying to making a tab menu so that’s i need a shortcode of this full page. How can i making a shortcode of this full page. If is it possible with elementor builder please let me know. It is easy to making a page short cod with fushion builder and visual composer i see, but i can not making a shortcode of a page with elementor.
