Package block throws errors in admin

I have a client site using this plugin and they reported an issue with their editing pages – I’m unsure if this is only an issue since upgrading to WP 6.2, but I confirmed all plugins are up to date on the site and that this is affecting all EXISTING Package blocks as well as any NEW Package blocks I try to add to a new test page.

This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.

They seem to render find on the frontend. Can you please verify if this is something you can replicate? I attempted to change the theme to twentytwentythree and still had the issue as well.
