Outstanding support and plugin

I really like the options to custumize how you want the reviews to be shown on your website.
Besides that, their support is GREAT. To me, it’s very rare that an issue can be solved in a matter of minutes: just open the chat box, write down your question and you’ll immediately get a reply and a real person is there to help you out.
I definately recommend this plugin!
