Out of Memory Error

    Hi,

    I’m using Simple Calendar but it has recently stopped working (http://www.conwaytennis.co.uk/diary) creating the following Out of Memory error:

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 187957248) (tried to allocate 224005 bytes) in /home/sites/conwaytennis.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 3023

    I’ve contacted my hosting company and they’ve increased the php memory to 500MB but the error persists.

    Can anybody help me out?

    Hi Nick,

    I’ve gone through the troubleshooting tips and no change so it doesn’t appear to be a conflict with either the theme (Divi) or any of the plugins.

    It just seems to be the full diary layout (Grouped Calendar/Grid) that’s causing the problem – although it’s preventing content below the calendar (calendar date listings) from rendering too. You’ll see on the homepage and footer that date listings are showing up without any problems.

    Would be great if you have any further advice as the Diary section is a very important part of the website.

    Just wondering if you’ve had a chance to look at this issue yet, we’re really keen to get our calendar/diary page up and running again. Thanks.

    Does it only happen when using that view? What type of calendar is it? A single calendar or a grouped calendar? Maybe you can past your calendar settings here so I can see if anything sticks out.

    Hi Nick,

    Yes, it’s a Grouped Calendar and the problem only happens on the main calendar grid view. I’ve uploaded a screenshot showing the settings:

    Ok thank you good to see that stuff. Do you possibly have access to your error logs that maybe we can look at to see if it will give a hint?
