Double Opt-In not Working

    The double opt-in functionality is not working. I can subscribe any e-mail to my list, and the e-mail addresses will receive the newsletter even if they didn’t click the confirmation link.

    Edit: The problem is that the double-opt in fails if the subscriber is also subscribed to another list (even if they never clicked on a confirmation link). In my case all subscribers that are in the WordPress-User list are automatically confirmed, when added to an other list.
    I don’t think this should be the default behaviour.
