Can you let me know the exact issue? If you are able to save the Google authenticator method you should be able to test it successfully.

What do you mean send you a query from the plugin?
A user scans the qr code and then enters the code from the Google authenticator app – this works fine.
But then the code never works again after that – either by testing from the dashboard or logging in
