Is it possible to delete the orphaned options with the PRO version?

Hi

I mean the autoload options that belong to deleted plugins and left behind in wp_options table.

yes, did you get the screen shot?
It is one of the features to delete auto options thereby reducing the size of the alloptions variable.
There is also a number of pre-defined plugins. Most plugins run no clean up on uninstall.

However, for unlisted plugins you need to delete the options one by one, see the trash icon on the right.
