    Hello WooCommerce Support Team,

    we are experiencing a critical issue with the Amazon Pay for WooCommerce plugin and would like your assistance.Issue summary

    Since September 26th, 2025, Amazon Pay payments can no longer be completed on our website.

    When a customer clicks the Amazon Pay button in the checkout, they are not redirected to Amazon, and instead, an order is automatically created without any payment.

    We temporarily deactivated the plugin and then tried to reconnect Amazon Pay, but we received the following error message:

    {
      "reasonCode": "MISSING_PARAMETER_VALUE",
      "errorDetails": [
        {
          "message": "SolutionProviderId is not present.",
          "params": [
            "solutionProviderId"
          ]
        }
      ]
    }

    Environment details

    • WooCommerce version: 10.2.2
    • Amazon Pay for WooCommerce version: 2.6.0

    Amazon Pay Support feedback

    We contacted Amazon Pay Support, and they confirmed that this issue is caused by a missing “solutionProviderId” parameter, which became mandatory in a recent Amazon Pay API update.

    They advised that newer versions of the plugin include this parameter, and if not, the plugin developer needs to update the integration accordingly.Additional notes

    • Our Amazon Pay setup has worked flawlessly for over four years until this issue suddenly appeared.
    • All account data, credentials, and integration settings have been double-checked and are correct.
    • The payment method has been reactivated in sandbox mode for testing purposes.

    Could you please review this issue and confirm whether an updated version of the plugin with the solutionProviderId implementation is available or planned?

    Thank you very much for your help and support!

    Kind regards,
    Ulf Schönefeld

    Hey @uschoene

    Hope you are doing well!

    try to check the following link conflict test on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.

    If you can’t find the issue or you have already done the Conflict test, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    We will be able to help you further there.

    Best,
    Christian
