    Hi Guys,

We’ve been using your plugin without issue for a few years now. Updated today to Events Tickets Plus v5.6.1.

It’s been working great up until recently. We run rodeos in Western Australia every year at various locations. We have just opened up orders for attendance at a Rodeo in Wyalkatchem WA (https://www.doublebarrelentertainment.com.au/event/wyalkatchem-rodeo-23/) – the rodeo is next year, but the Overview seems to be including last year’s numbers as we haven’t sold anything for next year. Not sure what is going on as next year’s event is a completely new page, page title and url slug but the system still is counting issued tickets from the last event.

    Attendees:

Adult [#28087]: 1287 issued (Unlimited available)
Pensioner [#28088]: 125 issued (Unlimited available)
    Child 13yrs – 17yrs [#28090]: 68 issued (Unlimited available)

    Same with orders

    Sales by Ticket Type
    Adult ($50.00): Sold 1305
    Unlimited available
    Pensioner ($25.00): Sold 126
    Unlimited available
    Child 13yrs – 17yrs ($25.00): Sold 68
    Unlimited available`

We haven’t sold any of these tickets yet!? I’m the web developer for this site and I can’t for the life of me see what’s going on. I’m only guessing that those numbers are coming from last year’s gig of the same name.

How are events differentiated? Is this a known issue with a recent release?

    Client just sent this:
I have no idea but it seems to have transferred all the tickets bought this august to the new rodeo for next year. Knowing how many tickets sold is so important for ordering alcohol & for so many other reasons.
    Pete

Thank you. Although I went with instinct on this. Rather than duplicating the page (with a WP clone page plugin) and then changing elements for this years’ new event (with the same name), I created a brand new WP page and cut n pasted content.

This fixed the issue. I think

I think cloning event pages was the mistake. Same Post ID.

You need to create each new event from scratch.
