Order split doesn’t work

    Hi,

    I am trying to split an order (3 orderlines). I open the order and select 1 productline to split. The result is 3 orders but in the original order is also the orderline I wanted to split.

    I hope you can help me?

    Marco,

    If you are trying to explain that original order is also included in the required split items so that will become 4th item after split, so there is a checkbox on settings page which will delete the original order. Can you please try that and let me if it works? So expected output is, original order will be removed and only 3 items will be there after split.

    Hi Fahad,

    Thanks for your quick reply. I did that. The result is 3 orders and one of them is the original (total) order. So 2 new orders and 1 original.
