Into the backend of wordpress in the insertion of my job I have all fields of the offer (I have also put others through function.php).
Can I put these fields in order?
To date I see them scattered (or I don’t understand the order). I hope I have explained.

Perfect. So for the default fields can I change their priority through an external call or can I just give a priority to the custom fields?
You could also change the priority of the default fields. The process will be similar to https://wpjobmanager.com/document/editing-job-submission-fields/. Instead of label, change the priority.
We highly recommend using https://plugins.smyl.es/wp-job-manager-field-editor/ to perform these edits as it provides a GUI to do so.
