    am trying to open live streaming from mobile, but it seems cant open it from mobile.

    please let me know if there is way to open live streaming from mobile.

    I’m so sorry to hear that you are having issues opening your live stream from your phone. Just to confirm – are you not able to actually go LIVE on your phone or to view the live stream?

    Alongside your response above, it would also be helpful to know the device you are using, software version, and the browser that you are on (and it if it works on other browsers if you’ve tried)

    The more information you can provide alongside the steps you’ve taken would help us replicate on our environment and get this resolved ASAP. Looking forward to your response!

    Thanks alot for quick response.

    I tested the live stream on Safari and I’m able to turn it on, but when I try to open it through the camera, nothing happens.

    In Chrome, the stream works, but I’m facing another issue: the video quality becomes unclear whenever I use a resolution higher than 600×800. At 600×800, the video is clear, but there is a significant delay between the streamer and the spectator. Please advise on how we can fix this delay.

    Additionally, I would like to know if it’s possible to add a chat feature within the live stream.

    Hey there,

    Thank you for the detailed message.

    We were able to replicate the issue on Safari. We already fixed it and everything will work well starting with the next update of the plugin.

    Regarding the issue from Chrome, it would be helpful if you could give me a few more details regarding the unclear quality of the video. Is it a broken image? Or maybe a low-resolution (pixelated) image? Also, it would be really helpful to know what kind of device and operating system are you using.

    I just want to make sure that we are testing this out in the same environment, to see the issue and look for a fix.
