To achieve the desired result, please, use the Popup Showing Limitation option from the Advanced section, which allows you to define how many times the popup can be seen by the same user.

Great thank you!! Is there a way to change the theme only for smartphone (responsive). The desktop version works very well for me, but on a smartphone with a width-to-height ratio (800:400) a lot of white appears… above and below the image. What can I do there?
