@bumbe86 – A local installation of Multisite can be very challenging, does this issue happen if you look for it in a remote Multisite installation?

I don’t have the opportunity to test this in a remote Multisite installation.
In the remote installation is the customer’s site.
@bumbe86 – Have you tried regenerating the thumbnails for that gallery and then clearing the image cache under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous?

@bumbe86 – Aside from possible plugin or theme conflicts I cannot think of anything else to do for troubleshooting without being able to access the site directly.
Did you check for conflicts?
