OAuth Error

Is this plugin affected by the May-11th announcement? https://developers.googleblog.com/2017/05/updating-developer-identity-guidelines.html
I’m getting OAuth error. Tried Revoke Access and set up again, and get a request to fill up a “OAuth Developer Verification Form”.
