Notify users when a schedule changes

When I post a schedule, I get email notifications. But when I change a schedule, like a time or field change, I am not getting email notifications. How do I set it so that I am always getting notifications when there is a change in the schedule? I don’t want to email all parents manually when there is a schedule or address change in our games. Click on http://firecrackers-bricker.com/schedule/ and click on the event tab as an example. If we change the address of the fundraiser, no one gets the email.
