My WordPress is sending emails, then too Notification emails are not working.
And I assume you checked your SPAM folder and you made sure that the collection author’s email address is correct? The author’s address is where the email notification is sent after the client has approved their collection.

Yes. I have checked my spam folder. Also, I have mentioned the email address in the Notification Email setting of our plugin.
Do I have to mention it somewhere else?
