I’m sorry you are having this issue, I couldn’t reproduce a failing payment for a donation payment of an unlogged user.
Could you read the logs in the Stripe admin area and let me know the message corresponding to those failed transaction please ?
Could you also share any more details about the button settings and the environment of the payment (browser, OS) ?

Appreciate your time on the plugin. Issue was on our side as we block wp-admin access for users not logged in, which is used by your ajax routines. Whitelisting your app fixed the issue. Thanks!
