    I’ve got the premium version and have setup as per instructions but no new lines are being created when choosing the payment gateway, am I missing something?

    How do I go about requesting a refund?

    @ourcoastau As this is a pro topic, and @hemsingh1 is not allowed to support those here or he could lose his plugin, I am closing this topic. Please avail yourself of that contact URL.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
