Glad to help. In order to diagnose the issue, we need as much information as possible. For example:
– Are there any errors?
– Anything reported in WP debug log?
– Does the plugin work with ACF disabled?
– Have you tried troubleshooting other plugins
– Also troubleshooting the current theme
