    Hello.

    During the month of May we have recorded, at least, more than 30 cart abandonments and the plugin has not collected any.
    I have done a test myself and the plugin does not work.
    I need help to make it work.
    System information:
    WordPress 6.2
    WooCommerce 7.5
    WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery – 1.2.25

    Hello @calvboy,

    Greetings for the day!

    I have checked your site checkout page and can see that the plugin’s js file is not loading on the page.

    Please make sure that the plugin is active and enable tracking option is checked: https://d.pr/i/JqODjD.

    Are you using any other Cart abandonment plugin on the page as it can cause the conflict?
