Hi @storix,
Sorry to hear about this problem. Just for confirmation, did u activate the “use separate cache file for mobile” option? – https://cloudup.com/cRNfmAj6Ssk
When the separate mobile caching is activated, it creates/serves cache based on the user agent. Could u give some more details? What is the user agent? And if you are using a separate template, what is the template?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, a separate mobile cache has been activated. I’m a regular user and I do not know what you said. But I bought and installed this template:

@storix Powered Cache works in a similar way with super cache for detecting mobile devices.
We couldn’t reproduce the issue in the development environment. The separate cache is generated separately and served accordingly. Do you have any custom nginx/apache configurations for the caching? (It may cause this issue)
And please, could you run a diagnostic test under Misc > Run Diagnostic
If you need more help, feel free to reach us through support@poweredcache.com

A few days ago, I was launching a static file cache in the browser on the nginx server, when the entire HTML page was cached. That’s when I tested powered cache and ran into this problem! Now I have installed the plugin again and it is no longer a problem! You are great. I will give you 5 stars now Thank you for your team.
Glad to hear that the problem was fixed 🙂
Thanks for the kind review, appreciated it 👍🏼
