Hello @dkexception . I’m sorry if you’ve had a bad experience. Kadence support tries to answer every support ticket that it receives. On occasion, some tickets may accidentally be overlooked due to volume or some other reason. However, I noticed you added a similar thread several times on the Kadence support forum. The latter was answered by our developer. Did you have any other concerns Kadence support can help you with?
