No support for WordPress users

    Terrible plugin and even worse support. Contacted support over a 2 week period for a customer using this plugin. Was told by support that they can only support the Shopify version and because we’re using WordPress that they can’t help and basically blaming the website/woocommerce. I have error messages, console errors and also an error on the import screen but having to try and figure out the problem with their code myself. So much for premium support with Sumup
