No Realted Posts on Every Post

    Hi,
    The plugin is great and it worked fine. However, it suddenly shows no related posts on every post. I keeps showing “No Related Post”. I try to empty the cache but it didn’t work. The YARPP version I used is 5.30.11. The PHP version is Version 6.8.1.

    Hi @gale13 can you please try clearing any caching plugins as well? If your WP host has their own caching layer, please try clearing that as well.

    Hi, I cleared the cached of the LightSpeed Cache plugin and the cache form YARPP. I didn’t work.

    @gale13 could you please check if there are entries populating in the yarpp_related_cache mysql table? Have you tried tweaking your YARPP threshold settings?
