What does not work on the multisite installation? I have it installed on 2 websites within the multisite and I have not been having a problem that I know of, but perhaps I just have not run into it yet.

It might work on multisite we are tired of supporting it though.

Just to say, testing on a multi-site so far no issues found.
A little update. Certainly A B testing (Landing pages) doesn’t work out the box, as it relies on .htaccess for rotation and multisite .htaccess is different.
