    Thanks for your message.

    In the latest version, it’s possible again to create a single combined job that backs up both the files and the database together; so you don’t have to keep them separate if that’s what you prefer.

    If you do run separate jobs for files and database, we recommend not scheduling them at exactly the same time. Running multiple backup jobs simultaneously can cause one of them to be skipped or fail, depending on your server resources.

    Hi. thank you for your feedback. so, i will adjust the job and hope it works… dont know how many times i have to set everything new on all pages since you’ve lunched to the new version and still its not working smoothly. really sad. hope this get better before anybody leave to another solution.

    Have you already tried the new combined backup job in the latest version? It lets you back up both files and database together in a single job and has been much smoother for many users.
