New posts doesn’t flush cache

    I updated to the latest version of FWP and for some reason when new posts are published, the cache is no longer flushed. I’m using W3TC plugin. This has never been a problem before. Not sure what could cause this problem, but I’m guessing something in FWP has changed.

    Any ideas of what could be wrong?
