New Install – CAnnot add Categories

Have juts installed via Fantastico and evaluating the product.

Not off to a good start though.

All fine till I tried to add a category.
Error is “You don’t have permission to do that.”

I see there is a large trial in the forum on this matter, but I cannot see where and how it is resolved.
