    From yesterday, my server is unable to connect to wordpress.org, the server cannot download wordpress, it cannot update already installed plugins or get update from wordpress network!

    how to troubleshoot and find the root cause?

    if you run dedicated server, consider checking your firewall settings, otherwise contact uplink internet service provider

    for shared hosting and managed servers contact your host tech support

    you can also ping and ping6 to wordpress.org
