Hello there,
You can manually delete the pages from Pages > All Pages. If you want to remove them from the menu only, you can do so from Appearance > Menus.

The problem is that I have thousands of subsites. I can’t possibly go into each one and delete multiple pages.
The plugin creates all these pages when it’s network activated, without prompting or warning, surely there must be some kind of rollback function to get rid of them?
All the users that have a menu now have four irrelevant and empty pages listed. It’s a pain, and not only for them.

Nothing? Can I at least get a confirmation that this is how it works and there is no way to get rid of the junk pages except manually.

At the moment, there’s not a rollback function unless you are able to restore the database to a previous version.
You can programmatically delete the pages by their title since that will always be the same. You can run a little script that searched for pages with those titles on each site and then deletes them.
We do not have a script for this purpose ready, but I am sure that someone here in the forum could help or maybe try the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.
We’ve not seen any activity on this thread for a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved.
Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
Cheers!
