Need Guidance: multiple relations

Hi,
I am making a product CPT and one of the fields will be affiliate links.
The field will have a link, price, merchant and maybe merchant’s logo.
A product might have multiple links or just one.
What is the best method to approach this, multiple CPTs with relationships, tables, advanced content types or something else?
I need to keep in mind that there will be a large amount of products and down the road I might have to edit the links with a script or something.
