To fix the issue, see if that plugin allows dequeuing bootstrap. If so dequeuing should fix it. Otherwise, check these resources on how to dequeue style/script

See this image here. You’ll have to check the bootstrap CSS and JS then click the save button to prevent them from enqueuing.
