    Probably from the recent update, the Name of New Advert is garbled.
    The characters are garbled as if they were encoded.

    The same is true for the “today column is off by 9 hours”, which I contacted the other day and remains unsolved, but it seems that the “site language” and “time zone” on the WordPress settings screen are not reflected.

    Can you link a screenshot of the garbled names? Or what does it look like?

    Currently, it is supported in English characters, but I find it quite inconvenient.
    The 9th item at the bottom is the garbled part.

    All I see is a login page…

    But, if your database stores things in utf8 or utf8mb4 it should work.

    If you’re using a character set that doesn’t support Japanese like a latin based character set (which is default in some servers) then it will show garbled text. That’s a configuration issue with your database.
    Your hosting provider can help you resolve that by converting the database tables to utf8 or utf8mb4.

    The answer you received is as expected and does not lead to any solution.
    There is no server relocation, and of course there is no problem with other plugins in Japanese, which is a phenomenon that suddenly occurred a few days ago.

    If you’re not willing to explore some options to resolve/figure this out there is little I can do to help.

    What kind of characters are saved for the adverts? What does the garbled text look like? Which fields are having the issue? Did you check your database character set?
