    settings shows: “Your MySQL version (5.7.44) is below the recommended version 8.0.13.”

    but phpinfo shows mysqlnd 8.3.28

    From what I understand, mysqlnd 8.3.28 is the MySQL Native Driver (mysqlnd) component integrated with PHP version 8.3 and not the actual MySQL version.
