MultiSite Error

After the most recent update, highly problematic database errors were caused in our multisite installation.
First, there are a large number of errors , one per sub-site table it looks like, of the following form:

After reactivation, the main symptomatic behavior – disruption of normal login to the main site – immediately recurs.
