I’m running a WordPress multisite network, and I installed gallery across all subsites. While the plugin works perfectly on the primary site, I’m facing issues on the subsites—some galleries don’t save properly, and others don’t display any images at all.

Are there additional configuration steps or permissions I need to adjust for it to work seamlessly on all subsites?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! While we’ve tested the plugin extensively on multisite networks and haven’t encountered such issues before, it’s possible that a specific configuration or setup is causing these problems on your subsites.

To help us investigate this further, could you please provide more details about your setup, such as:

     – The WordPress version and server environment you’re using.

     – Any specific error messages or behaviors you’ve noticed.

     – Steps you followed when creating and saving galleries on the subsites.

You can share these details with us through our local support section, and our team will take a closer look to identify and resolve the issue. We’re here to ensure Robo Gallery works seamlessly across your entire network!
