multiple UA/tracking codes

In this forum topic, @er_maqui asked how to use multiple UA/tracking codes with this plugin. @videousermanuals said to try using the “Additional Tracking Code” fields on the plugin’s settings page. Er_Maqui said this worked.

1. What code would need to be added to add another UA/tracking code? Is it some portion of the code Er_Maqui posted?

2. Should that code be added to the “before tracker initialization” or the “after tracker initialization” field?

3. Will adding this code cause the Google Analytics tracking script to be duplicated in a harmful way? I ask because in this other topic, Video User Manuals said that loading multiple Google Analytics scripts is not a good thing. (Video User Manuals initially said that having multiple tracking codes on a website was not good but later correctly said that multiple tracking scripts, not codes, is the problem.)
