    Hi,
Having issues with the form in the link above.
As it stands, when you click submit, you just get a spinning circle.

However if I strip the form back to just the first section with purely text entry answers then it submits successfully and I receive an email correctly.

The fact that this works, suggests that its not a plugin conflict etc although I have been through them one by one to rule them all out.

Even if I create a brand new form (also tested on other websites that I manage), I have the same issue, the forms break whenever I add any kind of multiple selection field, be that dropdown or tick box etc.

Any advice greatly appreciated as I’m going mad!

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

Hi, thanks for the response. This website is using ‘Christmas Shop’ theme and the form still doesn’t work with all plugins deactivated. I also have issues with forms on other websites using different themes, the only consistent thing is the forms all work until I add a multiple option question.

Another example of a form which doesn’t work is here: https://www.mhaslamtech.co.uk/contact/

I have tried to create forms on a blank site with no plugins on my multisite network to test and have the same problem.

Steve, I never said that I would share the details on a public forum! I just need this fixing

You offered a login and that, in and of itself, is not permissible here. There are a log of form plugins, so if you get stuck, be sure to check out others.

    Ok, noted.
I’d prefer to find a solution to contact form 7 if possible before I jump into changing all my website forms. Would a plug-in delete and reinstall achieve anything?
