Multiple map points for single post?

Hi,

I’m really interested in implementing your plugin for Boom (https://boom.org.uk/listings/). Many of our listings (custom post type) relate to multiple locations.

For instance https://boom.org.uk/listing/cafe-scientifique-science-for-all/ although a single post this activity is available in multiple towns & cities across the UK. Is there any way to relate a single post to multiple locations?
