If this is a brand new install, then please open the wp_options table and change iawp_db_version to 0 and iawp_is_migrating to 0. This will cause the plugin to think it’s just been installed and will rebuild the tables from scratch. It should get you passed the screen you’re currently stuck on and to the full analytics dashboard.

Just a quick follow-up on this thread: I’ve run into the same issue on a couple of websites now, and this wasn’t happening previously. When I tried enabling IA on another site, it also threw the same error. This time I received an email with more details, so I wanted to share it here since these errors are new.
Did something significant change recently? I’ve never had any trouble with installation before. Enabling nd_pdo_mysql seems to have resolved it, but what’s puzzling is that it wasn’t enabled on the other sites—and a few I’ve checked are still working fine. Do I need to go through all of them and enable nd_pdo_mysql now?

Hi Corey,
It’s difficult to say exactly what’s happening. The PDO warning page should show without triggering any Fatal Errors in the debug log. We haven’t made any changes that would impact this, so this could be coming from a change in your hosting. Notably, if the site’s have upgraded to a new version of PHP, then maybe the prior PDO modules are no longer active? If nd_pdo_mysql works for one of the sites, it should work for all of them.
When you activate the nd_pdo_mysql module, does the error resolve itself, or are you left seeing the ongoing data migration screen?
