Multiple acceptance checkboxes

    Hi,
    I’ve created a membership form where there are 3 membership options and in turn 1 of 3 forms should be filled in to send an enquiry.

    I have used a conditional logic plugin to show the relevant form which is working well.

    For each of the 3 forms there is a terms and conditions acceptance checkbox.

    When filling in any of the 3 forms and pressing submit, the form is not sending until all 3 acceptance checkboxes on each form are checked.

    Can you suggest how i can make the form send if only 1 of the three acceptance boxes is checked please?
