Multi vendor Custom Field

    Hi, I would like to add custom fields with a checkbox (Rome, Civitavecchia, etc. ..) to request an appointment at the various company locations.
    Can I somehow if by selecting Rome you get the request to an email from the Rome office (roma@sito.it) or if I select Civitavecchia (civitavecchia@sito.it)?
