MOST DIFFICULT WORDPRESS THEME ISSUE

I cannot figure out how to remove the sidepar content so the slideshow streches out to both sides. essentially I want to site slideshow to look like http://www.solarintsys.com !

I am using the Tempera v0.9.4.1 theme by Cryout Creations

Anyone capable of helping?
