more issues with admin.css

    Hi again, Alex!
    Line 473 of magic-post-thumbnail-admin.css is interfering with the admin display of other plugins, i.e., wp-cerber, wpematico, etc.
    For example:
    https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=cerber-security blocks the top row of the horizontal dashboard menu.
    I think that it should only be enqueued when MOT admin is displayed, not globally.
