• I have been experimenting with different configurations of caching to achieve a better performance as measured by PageSpeed. While even in the best case the improvements where quite modest, the caching mechanism always causes WPForms to fail (customer can’t submit contact forms, which is catastrophic for my business). I guess that any application that use temporary tokens for security reasons will have problems with using SG Optimizer caching. I contacted SG support, but in the end the only solution I had was to exclude the pages with forms from the caching mechanism (which means those pages wouldn’t be promised). I have a similar problem when I implemented NitoPack for a couple of weeks, so I guess it is about issues with caching and tokens working together. What I miss is a more solid support, in this case from SG to identify a better solution for me, probably more customized configuration.

    Hello @pacouk,

Indeed sometimes it is needed to have certain pages excluded from the Dynamic caching in order for specific functionalities of the website to work as expected.

That said, you can still take advantage of the Dynamic caching as a whole. Additionally there are many other features of the plugin which you can implement on the site, should you decide to give it another try in the future.

We do appreciate the feedback on the matter.

    Best Regards,
    Gergana Petrova
