Hi, I have a problem, I can subscribe from a web, but with a mobile I can´t subscribe. It says that don´t have permission to add a subscriptor.

It´s there any solution, thanks.

Are you using any caching plugin?
If so, can you try clearing your cache and see if that resolves the issue.

No, I can´t subscribe from a mobile even clearing the cache.

Hello,

Reducing the cache expiry to less than 10hrs should work. We tested with the cache plugin you are using (Cache Enabler) on our setup and it worked. Please check and let us know if this helps.
