• Hi,

    I tried this one: https://docs.athemes.com/article/380-mobile-header-settings

But it doesn’t seem to work/inaccessible? There is no Customize > Header > Mobile Header.

And when I go to Theme Dashboard and click Header Options Customize, it will redirect me to domain.com/wp-admin/customize.php?autofocus[panel]=sydney_header_panel and it just opens the Customize option of the theme Sydney and not the Header Panel/Mobile Header Settings.

The theme is the latest version.

    Please help me out.

  • Hi,

Which version of Sydney theme are you running? Is it the latest?

Have you tried going to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header > Mobile Header?

    Hello.

I am using version: SydneyVersion: 2.01

Yes, I have tried but I do not see the “Mobile Header”

Thank you for getting back @logkz!

There might be a script conflict with one of your active plugins. To check this privately (only visible to your while logged in with administrator account), try:

    1. Install and enable the Health Check plugin.
    2. Go to Tools menu > Site Health > Troubleshooting > enable troubleshooting mode.
    3. Enable Sydney theme as you are switching to one of default WordPress themes if it presents while troubleshooting.
    4. Check the theme’s customizer and see whether the Mobile Header part presents or not.
    5. If the option presents, then find the problematic plugin by enabling your plugins one by one and run your check in each.

    Hope that instruction helps.
